Proof of distribution licensing must be provided if your product contains non-owned software, shareware, freeware, audio tracks, or video tracks that are licensed/used from another owner of the Intellectual Property Rights. A letter from the owner/author giving permission to utilize the software is required under these circumstances.
If your Audio CD contains MP3 and/or is an Enhanced CD (contains software for computers), the CD-ROM Input Specifications Form (FM-05-008) is also required.
